While my daughter was doing my nails (you fathers will understand), she had a great idea: paint people's nails for charity! My marketing brain kicked in and we quickly came up with a name, a charity, and a logo.
The first summer went well, but I knew that many people who loved the idea wouldn't make it out to her actual events, and hence, wouldn't donate.
So I developed an ongoing social media strategy to increase awareness, but more importantly, donations. Using Facebook, Twitter and Piggybackr, Pretty Paws' donations tripled that year. Woof woof!
